No effort was spared to make this look like a regular pack on the outside, but to re-work the insides to be able to carry a pistol, spare magazines and other EDC carry items with no visible signs that it had been altered at all.

- All stitching visible from the outside of the pack was done over existing stitches so as not to show any signs of modification,
- Added loop fastener to:

• Inside rear of main compartment
• Inside rear of front compartment
• Inside front of front compartment

- Rebuilt partition between main and front compartment to become a zippered pouch for a sheet of HDPE to prevent sagging from the weight of a pistol

• Added secret ID/cash pocket
• Has hook and loop inside so that when HDPE is removed, some rigidity is maintained, and the pocket doesn't billow

- Reversed front compartment side zipper so that gravity works FOR the wearer in keeping the contents secure and concealed
- Made a 1/8" thick foam "pillow" to attach to the inside front of the front compartment to hide any angular shapes that may give away the contents
