- Shipping & Delivery
- All domestic and international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or by UPS and APO orders are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested, prior to placing your order. We continue to track your order until delivery is confirmed. If for some reason the USPS delivery confirmation fails to show "Delivered" status in a reasonable amount of time, we will attempt to contact you to verify delivery. We don't just forget about you once we ship off your order. All orders (excluding custom orders) are shipped within 24-48 hours. If you order an item from the "Custom Gear" section, please note that they are "make to order" items, and will change the turnaround time to up to five business days (unless, of course, the item is being designed and built for you specifically, then the details are worked out via email). All orders placed after business hours will be processed on the following business day. International orders will also be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail International, unless otherwise requested, during checkout.
- Privacy & Security
1. Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
2. Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
3. Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you are not totally satisfied with the quality of your gear, due to manufacturing defects, return it to us within 60 days, with a description of the problem, and we will either repair it, issue a replacement, issue a refund, or give you store credit. If the item does not meet your needs, tell us how it can be improved to meet your needs, and we will make alterations or changes to the product for you, within reason, at no extra cost, except for shipping (we will return your merchandise via USPS Priority Mail at no extra charge. If you wish a different return shipping method, additional charges will be applied).
