Two of our sustainment pouches are included with each of our Assault Packs, but sometimes two just isn't enough. Each pouch will carry 2 MRE's, a 100+ oz hydration bladder, or plenty of extra socks and underwear for those multi-day patrols where you have to carry in your own resupply. The PALS webbing on the face is designed to accommodate a variety of subloads, with enough space between the top and bottom sets to allow for top-opening pouches (like standard issue mag pouches) on the bottom to be accessed easily. This space in the rows of MOLLE webbing also serves to create a natural hinge point on the pouch where the flap can lay open for easy access to the contents of the pouch. The Sustainment Pouch also have a drainage grommet at the bottom center of the pouch. There is a pad of loop material sewn around the grommet,. allowing you to close off the grommet by placing the provided section of hook fastener over the grommet.
